How Banginbox connects with TikTok.
Users connect their own TikTok Business account through the official TikTok authorization flow. Banginbox only accesses TikTok data after the user grants permission.
Authorization flow
- The user signs in to Banginbox and opens the TikTok connection page.
- The user clicks “Connect TikTok Account.”
- The user is redirected to TikTok's official authorization page.
- After the user approves access, TikTok redirects the user back to Banginbox.
- Banginbox securely completes the connection and displays the authorized account status.

What users can do after connecting
- View their own connected TikTok account information.
- Review video performance for their own published videos.
- Monitor public comments under their own videos.
- Manually review and reply to comments from an organized inbox.
- Disconnect the TikTok account or request data deletion.
What Banginbox does not do
- Banginbox does not scrape TikTok.
- Banginbox does not access accounts that have not authorized the app.
- Banginbox does not sell TikTok data.
- Banginbox does not use TikTok data for automated spam, bulk messaging, or unauthorized profiling.
